Want to exchange your item, even better! Our only goal at Everything Polaris General is to get you and your machine the parts and accessories that work exactly how you want and need them to. Your satisfaction means everything!
Return Policy Basics:
Within 90 days of the date of receipt, return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. We understand if you didn't like the item and want to return it. A refund will be issued back to your original form of payment or in the form of store credit as soon as the return is complete. We will gladly pay for return shipping for any product being returned due to an error made on our part.
Product must be in reasonable working condition (used ok / broken or damaged are non-returnable)
Custom-made items - certain products will have an acknowledgement on the product page that an item is custom-made and not returnable. However, if the product is damaged via shipping or has fitment issues, the product is eligible for replacement.
- If the reason for the return is the customer's choice and no error is made on our part, the shipping fee (if there's any) will not be refunded.
